How easy is to resell one studio apartment?
As has been explained many times the reason why someone who wishes to acquire a property decides to buy a studio apartment is mainly the purchase price. Of course, however high the price per sq.m. is, the final price comes to a balance based on the fact that the total surface is not big. For example, if someone wishes to buy a studio apartment of 30 square meters in a central area of Athens, e.g. Exarchia, then he can count on a purchase price of 115,000 euros. The specific amount is not considered high, especially when you consider that such an investment surely promises you a return of 7% (net). The above is also the main reason why someone would enter the process of buying a studio apartment. Clearly, the fact that obtaining a studio apartment is an extremely profitable investment does not preclude someone for their own reasons deciding to resell it in order to either move in another investment direction or stop altogether. This decision, in all probability, has nothing to do with the investment value of the studio apartment since the object of resale even after the change of owner will continue to bring the same or even greater profits as it is connected to the two most demanding and inexhaustible markets…the tourist market and the residential market.
